All service requests must be booked via phone, email, or through our official representatives.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Price quotations provided before service are estimates only. Final charges may vary depending on the actual work required.
Customers will be informed of any additional charges before proceeding.
All payments must be made in full after service completion, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments should be scheduled in advance.
Customers must inform us at least 24 hours prior for cancellations or rescheduling.
If our team cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.

4. Warranty & Guarantee

We offer a limited service warranty on specific plumbing jobs (where applicable).
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear & tear, or external issues (e.g., municipal supply problems, building defects).

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure proper access to the service area (bathroom, kitchen, terrace, etc.) before work begins
Any prior issues (structural, electrical, or hidden damage) should be disclosed to our team.

6. Liability

While we take utmost care during service, Arjun Plumbing Solution is not liable for incidental damages arising from pre-existing issues, third-party negligence, or misuse after service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, supplier delays, etc.).

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any method accepted by our company.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only in cases where services could not be delivered due to our fault.

8. Safety & Compliance

All work is carried out following standard plumbing practices and local regulations.
Customers are advised not to tamper with plumbing work after completion to avoid voiding any service warranty.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or shared directly with customers.
