Refund & Service Policy
At Arjun Plumbing Solution, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality plumbing services. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to resolve every service request with professionalism. However, since plumbing involves on-site work, materials, and labor, our Refund & Service Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our team.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Rework
A refund or free rework may be considered in the following cases:
- The service was not delivered as agreed due to our teamβs fault.
- The issue persists immediately after service despite proper work being carried out.
- Wrong material or fitting was installed by mistake from our side.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Issues caused by pre-existing plumbing problems not disclosed before service.
- Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or third-party intervention after service.
- Natural wear & tear, water supply issues, or municipal pipeline problems beyond our control.
- Cancellation of service after work has already started.
3. Service Warranty
- Certain plumbing jobs come with a limited service warranty (duration will be informed at the time of service).
- If the same issue reoccurs during the warranty period, we will provide free rework (subject to inspection).
- Warranty does not cover consumables, fixtures, or products supplied by the customer.
4. Refund Process
- Customers must raise a refund or service request within 48 hours of job completion.
- All refund requests will be reviewed by our team with proper service records.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days through the original mode of payment.
